At Lernqo, operated by Ascircle Solutions Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials and services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing from Lernqo, you agree to the terms below.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Mock Tests)

All our study materials, mock tests, and eBooks are delivered digitally.
Because digital content is accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns once the file or course has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are granted only if:
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- The product purchased was not delivered to your registered email/account within 24 hours due to a fault on our side.

To request such a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscriptions & Courses

For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds for subscriptions are provided on a pro-rata basis only if there is a proven service outage or an error from our side preventing access to the purchased service.

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.
You provided the wrong email address or account details.
You failed to download or access the digital product before it expired, if applicable.
You misused our product or violated our Terms & Conditions.
